Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

• You must be a business entity or an authorized individual acting on behalf of one to use Sniggh.
• You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Services

Sniggh provides:

• Property listing services
• Tenant management tools
• Rent payment reconciliation
• Tenant communication and announcements

Sniggh does not hold funds, move money, or act as a financial institution.

3. Client Responsibilities

You represent and warrant that:

• You have authority to manage the data you upload
• You have obtained all necessary tenant consents
• Data provided is accurate and lawful
• You comply with applicable laws and regulations

4. Subscriptions and Payment

• Services are provided on a subscription basis
• If payment fails, access continues for 30 days
• Access may be suspended thereafter

5. Data Ownership

• You retain ownership of all data you submit
• Sniggh processes data solely to provide the service

6. Data Retention After Termination

• Data is retained for 6 months following termination
• You may export data during this period
• Data is permanently deleted thereafter

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Use the platform unlawfully
• Upload data without proper consent
• Circumvent security measures
• Misuse communication or payment features

8. Service Availability

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

9. Limitation of Liability

• Sniggh is not liable for tenant disputes, missed payments, or indirect losses.
• Liability is limited to fees paid during the applicable billing period.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Sniggh against claims arising from:

• Your misuse of the platform
• Data provided without proper consent
• Legal or regulatory violations

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for non-payment, policy violations, or legal requirements.
